Step 1

Active channel limits

A channel is a connected customer messaging account or number. Free supports 1 active channel, Starter 2, Basic 4, Pro 10, and Growth 20.

WhatsApp and Instagram are available channel types from Free. Facebook Messenger, WeChat, LINE, Telegram, and web chat are planned additions and do not count until they are available and connected.

Step 2

Integration limits

Free and Starter support 2 connected integrations. Basic, Pro, and Growth include unlimited integration connections, subject to provider permissions and fair-use safeguards.

Shopify, Cal.com, REST API, and signed webhooks are available integration options. A disconnected tool does not consume an active integration slot.

Step 3

Increase capacity

Open Billing to compare plans and current usage. Upgrading raises workspace capacity without changing the connected accounts that already fit within the new plan.
