This Refund Policy ("Policy") describes the circumstances under which LeadCeleris ("we", "us", "our") may issue refunds for subscription charges, add-on purchases, and other payments made through our platform. By using LeadCeleris, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Policy.

Subscription refunds
LeadCeleris offers monthly and annual subscription plans billed in advance. Refunds are handled as follows:
- Monthly subscriptions: Requests made within 3 calendar days of the charge date may be eligible for a full or prorated refund, at our sole discretion.
- Annual subscriptions: Requests made within 7 calendar days of the charge date may be eligible for a full refund. After 7 days, only prorated refunds may be considered.
- Refund requests must be submitted via email to support@leadceleris.com with your account email and reason for the request.
Non-refundable charges
The following charges are not eligible for refunds:
- Usage exceeding the free plan tier that has been consumed (e.g., AI messages sent, automations executed).
- Add-on purchases (extra channel capacity, additional team seats, or integration capacity) that have been activated and used.
- Custom enterprise plans or professional services rendered.
- Charges older than 30 days from the billing date.
- Account fees incurred due to policy violations or account suspension.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are processed through our payment provider (Paddle) and credited to your original payment method. Processing times vary by financial institution but typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
We reserve the right to issue refunds as account credits instead of cash refunds in certain circumstances, at our discretion.
Cancellation vs. refund
Cancelling your subscription stops future billing charges but does not automatically generate a refund for the current billing period. You will retain access to your plan features until the end of the paid period. To request a refund, you must explicitly contact support@leadceleris.com — cancellation alone is not a refund request.
Promotional & trial offers
Promotional pricing, discounted plans, and free trial credits are non-refundable. If a promotional offer was applied to your account, any refund calculation will be based on the standard (non-promotional) plan price unless otherwise stated in the promotion's terms.
Disputes
If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us within 30 days of the transaction. We will investigate and respond within 5 business days. Initiating a chargeback through your bank before contacting us may result in immediate account suspension.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of LeadCeleris after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
