Step 1
Before you start
You need a WhatsApp Business account (not personal WhatsApp). Meta Business verification is recommended for higher message limits.
- Active WhatsApp Business phone number
- Admin access to Meta Business Manager (optional but recommended)
- Permission to link the number or Meta business account

Step 2
Connect in the dashboard
Open Channels, choose Connect channel, and select WhatsApp. Follow the QR or Meta connection steps shown for the transport you choose.
Once connected, status shows as Active. Send a test message to your business number to confirm AI auto-reply is working.

Common setup issues
If the QR expires, refresh and scan again within 60 seconds. If messages don't appear in the inbox, confirm AI is toggled ON in channel settings.
