Set custom qualification rules
Dashboard → AI Settings → Qualification. Add criteria like minimum order value, service area, or required answers before marking a lead hot.
- Ecommerce: cart value, COD vs prepaid, delivery city
- Services: appointment type, budget range, timeline
- Local stores: visit intent, product in stock questions

Work leads from the inbox
Filter by Hot, Warm, or Cold. Take over any thread, add notes, and assign to team members. Resume AI when the human follow-up is done.
